Horizon Living is the asset investment arm of The Horizon Group, focussing on UK residential property serving the private rented sector. The company is fast growing, pre-dominantly focussed in the North of England and looks to acquire properties that are un-mortgageable and ripe for modernisation. Horizon Living provides an ethical, professional and diligent service. Our primary concern is the tenants who live in a Horizon Living property.

Who We Are

Formed in 2015 by Chris Browne upon leaving a career with the Armed Forces; Horizon Living has grown into a group structure of companies that are proud to create high quality homes for the UK private rented sector. Chris has invested in property for a number of years always looking to pinpoint investments that have great potential and he is passionate about providing a safe and comfortable environment for tenants to make their home. The tenants are at the forefront of everything we do.
